Koilemi is a Nigerian marketplace for building and construction materials. We connect contractors, developers and homeowners with verified suppliers, and we hold the payment until the materials reach site.
Why Koilemi exists
Buying cement, iron rods, roofing sheets or blocks usually means paying a supplier in full before anything is loaded, and hoping the right quantity and grade arrives on site. When it doesn't, getting the money back is hard.
Suppliers face the opposite problem: good businesses lose sales because buyers don't know whether to trust them, and they chase payment from customers they have already delivered to.
Koilemi sits in the middle. Buyers pay into escrow, suppliers deliver knowing the money is there, and the supplier is paid once the buyer has received the materials and had time to check them. If something is wrong, we look at the evidence from both sides and decide fairly.
How a Koilemi order works

You pay into escrow
Pay by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. The supplier sees the order is paid, but is not paid yet.

The supplier delivers
They accept the order and dispatch it. You follow the truck on your tracking page and share the link with your site.

You confirm with your PIN
Give the driver your delivery PIN only when the materials are on your site.

You check, then the supplier is paid
You have 7 days to report a problem. After that, the supplier's payout is released.
